To improve the quality of public spaces in the Principality of Monaco and meet the needs of users by involving citizens directly, the Princes Government has deployed the UrbanReport app, which allows members of the public to report incidents on the Principality’s streets.
This new digital tool enables you to report issues in public streets or parks, including noise or visual pollution caused by construction or roadworks.
Using the UrbanReport app, you can quickly provide a brief description of the issue and its location, and even upload a photo, to inform the services of the Prince’s Government about incidents they may have missed.
To ensure a close relationship between users and the Principality of Monaco, the UrbanReport app also lets you set up your own personal account, so you can track all the reports you have sent and receive alerts when the incidents are dealt with.
The app is part of the Extended Monaco digital programme aimed at modernising the public services and simplifying administrative formalities.
